Joseph Ellis is my great-granduncle. He is the brother of Claude Albert Ellis. Claude’s wife Blanche is the creator of this album.
Joseph Hyrum Ellis & Julia Elizabeth Webster were married on 10 October 1905 in Salt Lake, City, Utah. They lived their adult lives in Idaho. They had three children, Deloris, Glen, and Olan. Julia died 5 years and 5 days after this photo was taken. Joseph lived for 9 more years without her. They look so kind. I imagine them being very loving parents and grandparents. They have many photos on FamilySearch, but I didn’t see this one. Once again, I am grateful that Grandma Ellis’ efforts to preserve photos of her loved ones allows me to share photos with extended family. ❤️
