Uncle Dale was born in 1922. He lived to be 91, passing away in 2014. Aunt Jean was born in 1927. She lived to be 78, passing away in 2006. Unfortunately, this photo is not labeled with a date. I’m guessing the 1980s. What do you think?

I agree that 1980s seems right. They appear to be in their 60s. Her hairstyle seems a bit too puffy for that decade, but maybe not??
Well, here in Utah, fashion trends seem to have a life of their own and hair is usually bigger – so that may explain it? Haha.

Golden Girls — the TV show. I think the jacket and hairstyle remind me of the characters of that show, which I think played in the 80s?

At first glance, I thought more mid to late 70s. The 80s makes me think of the big should pads.
You might be right. I was guessing that their clothing would be a bit behind as they were older and he was a high school math teacher and they raised 7 children, but maybe I’m completely wrong… 🙂
